While the service was excellent from start to finish, the big surprise at payment was not. We would have brought a check had we known there would be a 3% fee for credit card payment. My suggestion: either build the fee into the cost since the majority pay with card now OR notify the customer when calling to inform them that their vehicle is ready so they can have the option to avoid the fee. That adds up on large repair bills. More

I went in to have service done on my car. The item they replaced affected the oil in my car. The Oil Cooler had not been working and all my oil was dirty, brown, and had a burnt smell. When I went to go get my car, they left the dirty stinky burnt oil in there. I don't understand because I thought the oil is the life blood of vehicles. Anyway, I was not pleased to find out they did not address this problem when they had a chance to change it while it was in the shop. Now, I have to make a special trip back to have that done.
