Jenna the Buick service writer was very snappy and not good customer/ service writer, she didn’t fully have everything written down and was too hurried with customers. Needed to be told what was wrong wit good customer/ service writer, she didn’t fully have everything written down and was too hurried with customers. Needed to be told what was wrong with my car under warranty. One issue was not addressed. I wanted them to check fuel filter to see why I’m getting bad gas mileage. It was not done or addressed. Took a week for hose to come from factory when it should be overnighted. Had my car a week and I had to call to Get up dated status. Rushed in to service and rushed out of service by Jenna. Just not good service writer. More
