Visited Herb Chambers Lexus in Hingham looking for a new vehicle for my wife. Michael Sarkis greeted us and showed us vehicles that were in transit one of which was what we were looking for. He said the E vehicle for my wife. Michael Sarkis greeted us and showed us vehicles that were in transit one of which was what we were looking for. He said the ETA was late August. We were given a fair trade in value for our current car, so we left a deposit on one of the vehicles on the list. The vehicle arrived on August 30th. Michael was great to work with, he was personable, knowledgeable about the vehicle and honest. He introduced us to his manager Jano Letaif who was also great to work with. When we went to take delivery of the vehicle Michael walked my wife and I through the features and how yo personalize them. His manager also made sure we were satisfied and comfortable with the car. It ended up being a great experience working with the team at Herb Chambers. More

The GM and financial service person were all friendly, helpful and made the purchase so smooth. This was my first time going into this dealership without any intention to buy that day.
