From my initial contact with Makenzie, the internet manager, the experience at Hingham Lexus was top notch! A salesperson took me for a ride in the vehicle I wanted because I was nervous to test drive manager, the experience at Hingham Lexus was top notch! A salesperson took me for a ride in the vehicle I wanted because I was nervous to test drive it on the Friday before a long holiday weekend! My sales person Joe, helped me understand the Lexus lease program which I chose due to the flexibility and the fixed cost at the end. I had never leased before and I was very comfortable with the new idea. The finance manager, Joe, was really helpful and not high pressure or like any other finance person I have worked with at other dealerships; a welcome change! Following my purchase I had some questions about the infotainment technology and they had Mark, the tech guy come out and sit in the car with me and walk me through setting up some of the apps and connections I had missed. I’m very happy so far with my UX300h. So pleased Lexus has a small hybrid suv after 3 Prius in a row, I was looking for a more elevated experience in driving and I think this is it. The dealership and everyone there was friendly, welcoming, considerate and genuine. Like many, I don’t like the car buying process, but I have to say, this was different in a very good way! More
