Jaramy without a doubt ensured that every expectation during my first Audi purchase was met. She took her time and was extremely patient as I pondered on what was best for me. Also she took the time to introduce me to the Audi family to ensure I was well taken care of in all departments. Jaramy was so awesome to work with! We had a toddler with us and she was so patient while we juggled a busy 2 year old while trying to make a decision on a car. Resolution - I have to turn around and saw that my previous post has been resolved and the management team. Thomas, as a communicator, has fulfilled everything the Dealership said they would do, and J previous post has been resolved and the management team. Thomas, as a communicator, has fulfilled everything the Dealership said they would do, and Jaramy was one of the best Salespeople we have ever worked with. I'm happy with the outcome, and I'm pleased that we were able to work with this team. In a time when my wife was sick, and we were in a stressful time, they have made up for all the miss givings. That's what I appreciate, that when there is miscommunication, they got done to the answer, and made up for it. More
