We’ve been using Audi Dallas for service for many years now. It’s always a great experience. The service advisors are professional and communicate fully what to expect. We’ve not had major issues with now. It’s always a great experience. The service advisors are professional and communicate fully what to expect. We’ve not had major issues with our vehicles and our services have generally been regular maintenance or services under the wheel and tire protection plan. In years past, a loaner would be available, but more recently, the complimentary ride to and from the service department has been really helpful. Overall, we’ve been pleased with the sales and service department at Audi Dallas. More

Excellent service and environment. Sales team is very knowledgeable, and our personal sales rep is great. The tech guy that set up the car was great. Financing process was smooth and easy. My experience with Audi Dallas was perfect. Jaramy made it even better. Jaramy along with Audi we’re both so willing to help me with all needs. When I showed interest in a vehicle, Jaramy made sure that I it even better. Jaramy along with Audi we’re both so willing to help me with all needs. Jaramy was prompt and very quick on sending paperwork and making sure I knew what I needed to do to secure that vehicle. I could not have had a better experience and with all the experience in the past with dealerships, Audi Dallas was the best and I will be coming back in the future if I’m in the market for another Audi. Jaramy is an outstanding and genuine professional. I went into to buy Audi Q7 and she helped me understand all the possible options and patiently explained me the differences between different packages. In t into to buy Audi Q7 and she helped me understand all the possible options and patiently explained me the differences between different packages. In the end, I didn't end up buying a car from her because of personal reasons (Car seats were made of animal leather and that's not something me and my wife were comfortable with) but even then she was very respectful and continued to help me find any other possible vehicle. Whenever Audi comes up with non leather option in Audi Q7, I will surely go to Jaramy for next buy. Thank you again for making me feel respected and valued. More
