DJ was incredible to work with throughout the entire car buying process. We met with him on a drop in and were so impressed with him that we made it a point to try to find an RDX in our budget at Fisher so buying process. We met with him on a drop in and were so impressed with him that we made it a point to try to find an RDX in our budget at Fisher so we could work with him. We set up an appointment to look at a specific car on Saturday. DJs communication and responsiveness was excellent. That Saturday came around, and when we got to the dealership, we discovered that another salesperson (Franklin?) had snaked our appointment and called in some clients to test drive and buy that specific RDX out from under us. Despite the obvious annoyance, DJ was quick on his feet and found us another RDX within our budget. His flexibility and ability to think on his feet saved the day. DJ went above and beyond to get us the best deal he could in the wake of what we went through, and while the rest of the people we dealt with weren't incredibly accommodating (the used car sales manager wasn't really nice or helpful, to be frank), we felt that DJ truly had our best interests at heart. 5 stars for DJ, realistically 3 or 4 for that other salesperson for snaking us and for the sales manager for how he treated us as well. Can't recommend DJ enough. More
