I liked who I spoke to initially to set up the appointment. She was fantastic! The technician exaggerated the condition of my tires. Vehicle has 38,500 miles but I have religiously rotated the tir appointment. She was fantastic! The technician exaggerated the condition of my tires. Vehicle has 38,500 miles but I have religiously rotated the tires every 5000-7000 miles. He said that the rear tires were in such bad condition he would not rotate them. I am a car guy. When I looked at the tires I did not see what he saw. They will be good for the next 10,000 miles. I took the vehicle somewhere else to have them rotated. They agreed that I could get another 10,000 miles. I don't like scare tactics. I assume others would have gone ahead and replaced the tires. I can always tell when technicians are pressured to sell. He clearly falls into that category. More
