We had a rat chew through some wires and make a nest in our 2017 van causing some issues with the van. I would say everything was done professionally "EXCEPT" cleaning out the nest and rat crap. After three visits to this dealership for an oil change, I can assure you that we will not be returning. This experience was by far the worst. Apparently, making an appointment does not mean anything. We were greeted like we were an inconvenience. The service advisor, Jared, had attitude from the beginning. After 1 1/2 hours and no update on my phone, I went to inquire how much longer. Jared said “this one” and pointed to paperwork laying on the desk. He said “it just got done” very defensively. We waited another fifteen minutes and I went to the cashier to ask if we could get checked out. She went out to check with Jared who was now helping other people. She never came back. We went out to Jared’s desk again and he checked us out. He was defensive about the fact that an oil change takes at least an hour and a half, there were two people ahead of us and they have a list of things to check. Very disappointed in the attitude and lack of customer service. Although the visit was comped, which was not expected, we will not be returning. More
