He said he would look around to see if there was on laying around and he would just replace it without me having to buy one. This experience was mostly fine. I have had horrid experiences in the service department in the past. The only reason I gave them another chance was because of an oil change special. I entered the code when I made the appointment, which was supposed to lock in my deal. But when I arrived for my appointment, I was quoted normal price, which is $60 more than the deal I was sent. Jared honored the price and was very polite, but my initial reaction was that I was the victim of deceptive pricing from this dealership, AGAIN. The last time I had a service appointment, when I questioned the price, the agent *added* $20 to the cost. I took my keys back and walked out. I’m still a long way from trusting this dealership, but Jared was a massive improvement over past experiences. More
