Great process, Jarrod was fantastic. Super personable & I specifically asked for him on my second visit because of how gracious he was during my first visit. Now for the bad. A lady named Lauren was unnecessarily pushy in trying to sell me the extended warranty. I said no the first time. She pushed further. I said no a second time. She tried to “guilt” me into purchasing the warranty by asking if I had a “piggy bank” saved up if something went wrong. And then was talking down the vehicle I was purchasing as if it was prone to failure in comparison with more reliable models like Toyota. My recommendation to her, as a top performing salesperson, is take no for an answer after the second time & don’t corner people. If there was any chance I was leaning towards saying yes, the sensation of feeling cornered like I did would’ve pulled me immediately to the no column. More
