i purchased a certified 2022 4runner about 45 days ago the sale went very nicely the sales man Jared was friendly the car was great .they even delivered it 100 miles away. The car was delivered dirty outside and inside there was no owners manual. I called the salesman Jared he said he would send me the manual the next day three days later no manual . I called him back he did not answer or respond to the message i left i called 4 other times no response .I called his supervisor he said he would take care of it 4 says later no action . I called the dealership and talked to a manager Lincoln he said he would take care of it 2 days later i received a manual but it was for the wrong car . I called him back 4 times no response. The only way I RECIEVED ANY HELP WAS TO CALL Toyota of USA. I had to file a complaint with them about the dealership. Toyota of USA put me in touch with Amelia at the dealership who finally took care of my problem. It took approximately three weeks to resolve this simple problem .the worst part was they would never call me back when I left a message. I would not deal with this dealership again ever More

Not only was I respected, but he matched my personality and humor wh I’m in my early 20’s and a woman which makes me nervous to shop for a car alone. Not only was I respected, but he matched my personality and humor which made the experience very comfortable! I had just had a mediocre experience at Honda next door and Jared blew them out of the water. He wasn’t pushy at all and even helped me search other Toyota dealerships for the car I was looking for. Before I left, I looked at a car I was interested but not in love with, then Jared worked with the team to make me an unbeatable offer on a car I DID love. He went the extra mile to get exactly what I wanted. Got rid of the smoke smell I noticed, made a deal to fix a crack in the number for free (yes I have it in writing!) and made an offer for an awesome price. His energy was awesome and made sure I was happy! Basically Jared is the best. 10/10. More

They sold my minivan to another customer after I had put a deposit down. It was being made at factory. Called when van was in and the price was $3000 more than originally said. Price gouging. After confirming all details with husband, I text and get no response. Salesman texts if we are moving forward with purchase. Tell him our questions, and no response. For three hours. Finally get a response. They sold the van to another customer. Completely unethical. No integrity. Completely shocked and disappointed. More
