Well Krystal isn't one of them The first person we dealt was the Sharon.She was great. Played with the kids for a bit and showed them the toys and coloring books. I met Brain. Brian was nice. I said I was looking to speak to Tim he said ok and offered to lend a hand and took our info down to give to Tim when he returned. Brain showed me a few vehicle's, spoke about options and prices etc. Great guy to deal with. Tim and I have dealt with each other before. Tim was straight forward and easy to speak with. Tim comes highly recommended from family. Tim is easy going, friendly and honest. But Tim is not pushy and doesn't bug you. Which I thought was amazing. Jared was a pleasure to deal with. Getting the money portion all squared away was a breeze. Jared was friendly and personable. I'm generally a pain to deal with when it comes to shopping I double and triple check everything. Jared answered all of my questions and concerns and above all Jared was honest and patient. Overall everyone was great to deal with. The atmosphere is great, The staff know their stuff. I recently just purchased my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude through Brian, and I have to say he is I highly recommend the men and women here at Krystal. I recently just purchased my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude through Brian, and I have to say he is absolutely wonderful! Very understanding, professional, polite, kind, helpful, overall just great customer service dealing with him, he's great. Also Jared in financing who made it possible for me to get the vehicle in the payment range I needed and worked hard with banks throughout the day making that possible and satisfying my wishes! Also to making it all happen within one day, including Brian assisting me with a ride back to the dealership after dropping my rental car off twenty minutes away from the dealership! I highly recommend these folks here at Krystal, I promise you you'll be satisfied when walking out wheather its new or used they have a huge selection to choose from! Side note: my son who was with me hates car shopping however the folks here made it a great time for him. From personally interacting with him and keeping him entertained, to the area they have set up for kids, as well as the fish tank with all the neat fish that kept him occupied (nemo especially). So don't be hesitant on bringing your little ones with you! More
