I told him there were 2 used Ram trucks that I was interested in and he brought me in thr dealerahip and immediately found a sales person, Chris Norcross, who happened to be knowledgeable and courteous, and not pushy at all, which is always preferred. I test drove one of the trucks and was told the other was not available as someone already was trying to purchase it. Chris said if the deal didn't go through, he would contact me that evening, which he did. The next day I went back to the dealership to test drive the other vehicle (which was a 2016 Laramie V8). Needless to say it was love at first sight. The next day I went back to pick up my truck. More
