We brought our CRV in to obtain a new key. This was our first visit to the new Honda location, and even though it sounds corny, I was in awe!! The facility is just bright and modern, This was our first visit to the new Honda location, and even though it sounds corny, I was in awe!! The facility is just bright and modern, the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and most courteous. They made my key in exactly the amount of time they said it would take, they did a check up on our car even though we hadn't expected that, they pointed out some issues, but NO HIGH PRESSURE to get any of the work done, and finally they WASHED my vehicle = never expected that!!! My wife and I were so impressed, and would like to thank JARED STOUTENBERG for his friendliness and helpfulness to us the entire time. Keep up the good work LIA, we need more businesses like yours!!!!! More
