At the dealership, I was welcomed by Jared S. Great guy and super friendly. He gave me more info on my car than I even knew to ask about and felt well informed and glad he took the time to go over things with me. He kept me informed as my car was being worked on and shared a printout of recommended services which I would expect from any dealer but the difference was he took the time to explain the importance without making me feel pressured. I felt very comfortable at this dealership with Jared and will definitely come back for future maintenance and repairs as needed. It’s tough to find a place you feel good about these days so I feel fortunate that I found Lia in Kingston and met Jared! More
