I am absolutely floored at the arrogance displayed by the “finance manager” Steve Stiekman. We had financing through another lender that they worked with however Steve refused to allow any financing other t “finance manager” Steve Stiekman. We had financing through another lender that they worked with however Steve refused to allow any financing other than Toyota Finance, even though they could not meet the rate from our bank. I get the new vehicle market is very competitive right now but to throw away a sale that was handed to them on a silver platter is just crazy. More
