Jarett was super transparent throughout the entire finance process and made sure i knew everything that was going to happen from my credit to payments to warranties etc. Richard sat me down and helped me through my paperwork while maintaining a normal conversation. He explained what warranties would be worth it and which ones are pointless based on the future I wish to have in my new car. Dealers that make you feel like people are rare and this is one of the last few!! Lastly, Alex in technology was super efficient and made sure I understood the works of the app and everything that is possible within it. Even down to the front desk agent, Ms. Jill who kept me in great conversations while waiting for the entire process to be done.
