Trip to get your car fixed are suppose to be stressful. Trips to your dealership for car issues or servicing aren't suppose to go smooth. They are almost always stressful because of the unpredictable nature of car trouble. Crown Hyundai continues to deliver each and every time making the experience as smooth and seamless as possible. Today Jarrett Ziemak with the help of Tomm Burkart helped us out. My wife ran over a nail last night and since everything in our area was closed and the tire was leaking fast we thought it'd be best if we just dropped if off at Crown Hyundai so we wouldn't have to tow it. We left them a thorough phone message explaining everything and the following day once we gave them the key they took care of the tire within half an hour! No issues, no up-selling, just straight forward professional service. I am extremely appreciative of Jarett service and I can't imagine bringing my car anywhere else. More

Wonderful Service I had to take my car in for a problem that arose suddenly. I was greeted by Olivier C., and informed him of my problem while I waited for Jarett Z. t I had to take my car in for a problem that arose suddenly. I was greeted by Olivier C., and informed him of my problem while I waited for Jarett Z. to return. Both gentlemen rapidly identified the problem, and had me in and out. I enjoy coming to this dealership! I am treated with respect, and I trust the staff. Everyone is so kind! Thank you all for not making car maintaince so scary! Keep up the good work! More

Long wait and windy I gave a 4 star review because the quality of service has always been excellent though overpriced but the "Spring Special" took over two hours, even w I gave a 4 star review because the quality of service has always been excellent though overpriced but the "Spring Special" took over two hours, even with an appointment. Luckily, I had a good book, but I had to change seats three times in the waiting room to get out of cold drafts. Two times because of the AC and once because they had a door open in the showroom which caused such a draft coming down the hallway that it blew newspapers and magazines off the coffee table in front of me. When I was finally told my car was ready, instead of it being right outside the door where I was told it would be, it was in a lot with two barriers between me and my car. To make matters worse, the gap in the sidewalk for handicapped use was blocked by a parked car. Guess what? I'm handicapped! So, I was forced to walk twenty yards out of my way to get to my car. Then getting to an exit to the street was very poorly marked. More

Getting back on track! I had to visit the dealership to have my Steering Wheel serviced. As usual, Jarett Z. made the experience so pleasurable. He was kind and attentive.
