I usually have a great experience at this dealership but feel my visit for my 9am appointment for oil change took too long. I do understand places are short of help and have no idea how many walk in custome feel my visit for my 9am appointment for oil change took too long. I do understand places are short of help and have no idea how many walk in customers will show up, but I try to plan my time by securing an appointment. I have not had to wait for 2 hours in the past for an oil change. This by no means is a reflection on service advisor Jarrett Ziemak as he is always an exceptional service advisor and very courteous, helpful and friendly. It is a pleasure having him as an advisor and taking care of my service needs. In the future I will plan a 2 hour window for my oil change and try to be more patient and understanding. More

It is always a very good and pleasant experience when getting my car serviced. Jarett is always ready and prepared for my appointment...no waiting for me...and when I check in with him, the car is immed getting my car serviced. It seems like there is no time lost in getting the work done. Many times I have been surprised with the efficient and quick turnaround time for when the car is ready.
