Calm in a storm I was on vacation when my timing belt blew in my Tucson. I was towed to the closest dealership which was Crown. They gave me an accurate assessment of my car and got me with a sales associate when we realized I would not be able to salvage the engine. I was set up with Jim Travis who was amazing. He knew my situation and knew that I was already stressed and upset and he helped to calm me down and get me set up with a great car. I knew I wanted to downsize and he didn't pressure me to stay with what I have. He went with exactly what I said I wanted and got me into a great new car at a price that I could afford. Jim was able to help turn a horrible situation around and salvage the rest of my vacation. More
