I was very disappointed as a new purchaser at Cole Valley Cadillac, to be told that an appointment would be take 30 minutes to complete and took over two hours. Had I been told this, I would not have stayed Cadillac, to be told that an appointment would be take 30 minutes to complete and took over two hours. Had I been told this, I would not have stayed because I had plans that evening and it put me in a very uncomfortable position. I sat in the waiting room and watched at least six people come in and out while I sat there. I was the last one to leave.
