I am sick to death to be writing this about a business I'll be careful in choosing my words. I'm not happy to be doing this. Exactly three months ago I bought a used car from this dealership. Almost imme I'll be careful in choosing my words. I'm not happy to be doing this. Exactly three months ago I bought a used car from this dealership. Almost immediately this car showed signs of being a lemon. Make that a rotten lemon. It began to skip when in gear, the wipers were broken, there was no dip stick to check the transmission fluid. IN FACT, there was no fluid at all in the transmission, possibly why the dipstick was missing but I'm not sure. When taken to get an oil change, the technician put in writing that he would NOT be able to change the oil as this car was a liability. Take it home and park it. Do NOT drive this car.....something about moisture under the engine. The electrical began to play mysterious games also. The doors locked for no particular reason. Several times the battery died and had to be recharged. The heat only worked above but not below. The gas peddle was very hard to push downward and the glove box fell on the floor when I tried opening it. Lastly, the mileage had been changed back 17000 miles. That difference may have affected the cost I wound up paying for the car. So I'm writing this with a heavy heart because I was told by the manager that he would only give me from $3500-4000 for a trade in when my loan was $5700. I have lost over $2000 in the 3 months since I bought this car. The manager may post something publicly on this site saying he offered me FULL price for a return of the car but this is not the case. He texted me, as I said, $3500-4000. He wants YOU to believe he tried to do the right thing by me. HE DID NOT. So please be very careful when dealing with this business. Thank you. More

He secretly told me to check out Suburban’s used cars. That was my first tip that Suburban was a great place to do business. I know Im not going to spell my salesman’s name correctly. A big friendly teddy bear, Jarrell Hogan, I believe...Wonderful guy......so easy going and kind, always laughing at my silly jokes.....then Mike the Manager who approved EVERYthing I asked for with the car. He was cool, friendly AND most importantly, he made himself available! I mean Mike is a busy guy but when I went to his door, he’d always stop what he was doing. Another shout out to the young financial man Brian who put all the paperwork together AND got me a 3.84 interest rate. How he did that Ill never know. The guys in the back were VERY friendly as they detailed my new car and even the Detailer from an outside company (Bill?) was extremely helpful in showing me how to get cigarette smoke out of a different car of mine. Altogether I had an enjoyable experience at Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills and highly recommend shopping there for your next vehicle (and NO! I am NOT related to anyone there. It was the first time I had ever stepped foot in the place. More

Deserve the ride !! Love the dealer's inventory and the way the deal with you.
