I went in for several things for them to look at. My front shocks needed to be replaced, they quoted me $3000. I went to two other places and I got quotes for $1100 and $1400. I also had them look at my transmission because I bought a brand new truck in 2018 and the transmission is already failing with 69,000 miles.. never buying another GMC… and their quotes to fix and or replace again was much higher. I also asked them to appraise the vehicle and they came in extremely low, I just sold it to a know public company for $7k more what they offered. The place has good customer service but it does not make up for how expensive they are. More

The work was done in a timely manner and at a competitive price. I was notified of the delay in obtaining the part because my Buick is very old - 1991. My service advisor, Jarrett Abel, is great. Took truck in for oil change. Got about 10 miles from dealership and “Low Windshield Washer Fluid” light came on. Usually at other dealerships , when getting oil change all other Got about 10 miles from dealership and “Low Windshield Washer Fluid” light came on. Usually at other dealerships , when getting oil change all other fluids are checked and topped off if needed. It makes me wonder if brake fluid, etc. were checked and if oil change was done correctly as well as was tire pressure checked. More
