Gavynn was our service advisor , he made this experience horrible and I’m concerned that GM will allow employees like Gavynn to be the face of their brand . He lied on multiple occasions and flat out doesn’ horrible and I’m concerned that GM will allow employees like Gavynn to be the face of their brand . Very disappointed after using James Woods for service. We took our 2015 GMC Acadia in for service on 3/30/26 for repair of the right power mirror abd because of "shuddering" of the front wheels when turn We took our 2015 GMC Acadia in for service on 3/30/26 for repair of the right power mirror abd because of "shuddering" of the front wheels when turning left and right. They replaced a booster that cost $605.27 for parts and labor. The total bill that time was over $1700. It was NOT repaired so we took it back on 5/11/26. After it was in the shop four days and we have heard nothing from them, my husband called and was told that they had not been able to get it into the transmission shop to get it diagnosed. At the time, they tried to sell us a brake job for over $1000 (we had just had the brakes done a little over a year ago). We picked up the car and took it to an independent mechanic and was told the brakes are fine. Very POOR service and much money and time spent. More
