I was trying to give this dealership business but the service advisor was not willing to help me with quotes for specific tires I wanted. I was told I needed to see the parts dept for this. I felt scold service advisor was not willing to help me with quotes for specific tires I wanted. I was told I needed to see the parts dept for this. I felt scolded for going there & was passed back to Jared. He presented me with a quote for tires he had available. He said that the tires included free rotation for the life of the tire. However I did not see this verbiage anywhere on the quote so not sure if he’s telling the truth. More

It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Jarrett Elder, as always. He thought there was an issue with my car after it was serviced and as a result, he drove the car to see if the issue would correct itself an always. He thought there was an issue with my car after it was serviced and as a result, he drove the car to see if the issue would correct itself and when it didn't, he told me to bring the car back on a different day. I then brought the car back the following day and when the technician checked it, Mr. Elder informed me that the system in the car did in fact correct itself after all. I appreciate Mr. Elder taking those extra steps to make sure my car was indeed fine. More
