My engine service light came on 3 times in 2 weeks. $3500

later, I just picked up my car and take a strong guess!? I've been coming here for oil changes and repairs for years and I'm truly disappointed. First day I brought my car in, I spent 5 hrs waiting on a diagnostics report. I was dropped home to await the service part which took another 3hrs. I was picked up and my car still wasn't ready! 6pm, I received my keys and only to be told that the part that was needed wasn't in stock, don't worry about the engine light still being on, it's fine! Two days of driving the car, my car was roaring like an airplane! The part came in so the noise issue will be addressed in the same visit. I was placed in a rental because the wheel bearing that was installed was a bad part! Huh!? I pay $2500 for a repair and you give me a bad part!? Moving right along.... I picked up my car, drove for 3 days and wallah, the engine light back on! I take it back, placed in a rental another $800 and was told now it's the canister! Pick up my car on Friday morning and I turn on my car Sunday and guess what, the engine light is back on! I texted my person and didn't receive a response.
I'm truly eager to hear what I will be told the problem is now and how much money later 🤔 Each time, this is the problem, no actually this is the problem, no this is definitely the problem! I'm clearly being taken advantage of and I'm so so disappointed! This is heartbreaking because I like coming here, it's convenient and friendly! This entire experience has been awful and a huge inconvenience!
