All in all I was happy but some improvements are needed on time to finish. Took me 1 1/2 hrs for a oil change and tire rotation. My air conditioning setting seem to be defaulted to lo and I have it set at on time to finish. Took me 1 1/2 hrs for a oil change and tire rotation. I only come to Toyota because of Jarrett. He’s always so pleasant to work with ! Absolutely the best. Service writer Jarrett I had called Jarrett the day before I brought my car in for service, just to be sure that he would be there. If not, I would wait until he was availa I had called Jarrett the day before I brought my car in for service, just to be sure that he would be there. If not, I would wait until he was available. Jarrett is outstanding!! He goes above and beyond to tell me what my car needs. He does not push service on me that he does not think I need at that time. I have had a few service writers who were extremely pushy in the past. Thankfully they are no longer there. If they were, I would walk past them and go straight to Jarrett. Thank goodness that Toyota has Jarrett! He is the BEST!!!! He always get my car serviced in a timely manner. FYI............I have been an Al Hendrickson Toyota customer for over 25 years, so I have had my share of service writers. The good ones in the past, have either left A.H. Toyota, or have advanced with A.H. Toyota. As long as Jarrett is there, I will continue to be a customer. More
