I've always been pleased with service there. I was greeting nicely by the young man who opened the door when I arrived. I went to the station and was greeted by the fellow who I had never met. I was greeting nicely by the young man who opened the door when I arrived. I went to the station and was greeted by the fellow who I had never met. We talked about the service I wanted. He walked with me to the waiting room and told me he would come and get me when my car was ready. About and hour later, he returned to tell me my car was in good shape. I paid my bill. Said goodbye to the service fellow and was on my way in good time. (I also got a lot of reading done.) More

great I met Jarrett Elder for the first time. there were a lot of service people around everyone looked busy on their computers, no one put their heads up t I met Jarrett Elder for the first time. there were a lot of service people around everyone looked busy on their computers, no one put their heads up to acknowledge me. I thought, okay, whats going on here. I was probably interrupting their computer game. finally one said please see someone down the other end we are all busy. Tha'ts when I met Jarrett, he looked like he was hustling and i wanted to be hustled out of there asap!! well he was a breath of fresh air. I have not had such a helpful, nice service person in a long long time. Shedrick is my favorite, i did not see him he was probably off. not that they are not good, mind you, but they are not friendly, or personable. this guy was. he was able to lower my stress levels regarding the cost of the mistake i was there to fix. I told him a palm tree backed into my car and broke the tail light. when i was through, he said and stay away from the palm trees, i could have kissed him but i am sure that would not go over big with his wife!! a truly pleasant experience. tell those guys to put their phones in their pockets and lighten up a little...... More
