I had an absolutely excellent experience and couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making more impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. Every detail was handled with care, and it really showed. What stood out the most was the professionalism and friendliness throughout the entire experience. Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. It’s rare to find a team that balances efficiency with such a personal touch. Overall, I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and outstanding customer care. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.. Jarrett was my service Rept!! Five stars always!! More

Not sure where to begin, from beginning to end this has been a pain in the xxx. Firstly I had to push for checks to actually be conducted on my car which was frustrating. After pushing the team came back been a pain in the xxx. Firstly I had to push for checks to actually be conducted on my car which was frustrating. After pushing the team came back to me saying a code came up on the computer which clearly shows that they hadn’t conducted those checks and only after I pushed they finally connected the OBD and codes came up. I was then told they couldn’t resolve any of the issues from the trunk opening when driving and also the usb ports completely stopping working momentarily with Bluetooth. As I told them it doesn’t happen on remote and it’s an issue that keeps happening. I was then told my phone isn’t compatible which is totally false and I’ve checked with a friend of mine who also works for Toyota out of state and he confirmed my phone is not the issue and that this just seems like laziness. In total my car has now been there nearly a month. I then went to pick my vehicle up on March 6th and noticed scratches and dents that were NOT there when I dropped my vehicle off and the reaction I received from Jarret was absolutely atrocious and disrespectful. Maybe somewhere along the line in the company log book he might have missed the conduct towards customers part. I pointed out the first scratch on the door and then the dent on the other side along side the second and third scratch and second dent. I proceeded to say how I expect my vehicle to be returned in the same condition if not better and I was told that in “taking advantage” and I proceeded to state that I am not trying to be difficult and Jarret told me “you are being difficult” which I replied with “that’s not how you speak to a customer, I expect my vehicle to not be damaged” . This whole experience was terrible and it’s a complete contrast to the way it is when it comes to purchasing the car, everyone is nice and kisses xxx but this here is a slap in the face that says “we already have your money, screw you and your car” extremely disappointed. More
