Well the service i had done, oil change, is now way overpriced. Went from 2 for 69.99 I believe to now thats one oil change. I could've just done at midas for less. While inflation is high doubling the overpriced. Went from 2 for 69.99 I believe to now thats one oil change. I could've just done at midas for less. While inflation is high doubling the price is not good for me especially if you can find it cheaper. I realize lower priced oil changes is probably a tactic to solicit more services. When i found out about the hike I stayed. I stayed because i was already there, and i needed it even though i didnt want to. However, it is now a cause to not go back. Thank you More

I had a wonderful experience here. There was a little hiccup in the morning as there was a system issue with their computer but Jarrett was communicative and efficient once the issue w There was a little hiccup in the morning as there was a system issue with their computer but Jarrett was communicative and efficient once the issue was fixed. He worked well under pressure and adapted to the situation very fast and was able to move all the customers through the line, his customer service and attention to detail was 10/10! The other guy there that morning on the other hand was not very helpful or communicative, people were walking up and he literally just stared at them without saying a word while Jarrett was fixing his system. Perhaps he wasn’t the sales man for these customers but ignoring customers who don’t understand why they aren’t being acknowledged was a definite turn off and he didn’t seem to be a team player in trying to help the other salesman. More
