Jarrett was exceptional, not only from the pre-visit conversations, but also during the purchase, and even after for a check-in. John, the Sales Manager, was so helpful and accomodating and very much appreciated. Liat in the Billing Office made what usually is a tough conversation into an enjoyable one- the most pleasant financier I've ever experienced in 12 car purchases across the country. 10/10 is my rating- I will be using them again for the next purchase, undoubtedly.
