This dealership lies. They sent me a VIP letter stating that they would give me almost $22k for my low mileage 2020 Hyundai. I also got an instant cash offer from KBB for They sent me a VIP letter stating that they would give me almost $22k for my low mileage 2020 Hyundai. I also got an instant cash offer from KBB for over $23k. I talked to JT and he did a great job helping me and had a car I was interested in. I drove in to test drive the new car and they did an appraisal on my trade. They only offered me $19k for my car. I laughed and pulled out the cash offer for over $23k I had from Kelley Blue Book. Drew the used car manager came out and hemmed and hawed he said that he can’t sell my car for that much and that it was overvalued by KBB. He finally relented and said that they would give me the KBB price and have them come take it. Today my old car that they “couldn’t sell” is listed for almost $26k. They flat out lied to me. While overall I feel like I got a fair deal I will never use this dealership again as they use dishonest tactics. Very disappointed! More

My husband and I were very pleased with this dealership and our experience. We especially appreciated our interaction with our salesman JT and our finance guy, Mike. It was a night and day difference compa and our experience. We especially appreciated our interaction with our salesman JT and our finance guy, Mike. It was a night and day difference compared to our experience with another Hyundai dealership in Carmel. We also appreciate Marshall the service manager and TJ the parts guy who helped us order our new mats. . We did not feel pressured and the warranty was very reasonable so we were happy to get that with our new car. Overall a great team! Highly recommended! Love our Santa Cruz!! More

I just bought my first car, then I find problems the next day. A broken door panel on the back driver door (enough to see under the door panel) and no valve caps on any of the tires. None of this is acceptable for a used car selling for $21,000 (in which “not go down any lower”). Not getting my business, nor would I recommend to anyone. More
