Wasn’t really sure what to expect when purchasing my first vehicle ever. Always heard about sales people just trying to not be honest and helpful. I had the exact opposite experience with Jarrett. From first vehicle ever. Always heard about sales people just trying to not be honest and helpful. I had the exact opposite experience with Jarrett. From day 1 he was very communicative, honest, and hard working. He even wanted to help on his days off which many people don’t even bother. If I know anyone looking for a new vehicle I’m sending them right to Jarrett. I can truly say my first vehicle purchase experience was above and beyond. Can’t thank Jarrett enough for getting it done and working together. More

I came in to Kelly wanting to buy a Wrangler for my wife. I went to the Pre-Owned lot the first day and they pretty much told me I was too upside down, and if nothing else the manager at the desk gave off a I went to the Pre-Owned lot the first day and they pretty much told me I was too upside down, and if nothing else the manager at the desk gave off a vibe of “not interested”. I took a break, went to a few other dealerships and came back to Kelly’s new lot because we had good experiences there in the past. The minute I contacted the dealership, Jarrett went above and beyond to find something that met our budget and exceeded our expectations. As a VP of Marketing who focuses a lot on the sales process, I have to say, Jarrett focuses heavily on customer service. Never at any point was I a burden to him, even going back and forth a number of times over a number of vehicles. I absolutely would recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Kelly and ask for Jarrett. More

I just purchased two vehicles from Jarrett and can’t not express how happy I was with all of his help. Jarrett was very friendly and honest and made the car buying process very pleasurable. He is not your ‘ express how happy I was with all of his help. Jarrett was very friendly and honest and made the car buying process very pleasurable. He is not your ‘typical salesperson’ and truly cares about your best interests and is not looking to ‘just sell a car’. Bought a minivan from Jarrett. He was polite and friendly through the buying experience but his after care support set him apart. I had some questions and over a month after the sale he followed up with mail through the buying experience but his after care support set him apart. I had some questions and over a month after the sale he followed up with mailing out the radio antenna that was backordered when I purchased the car. Good experience. More

Jarrett did a great job when we visited Kelly to look at a Wrangler. I thought I wanted one, but since I had never even driven one before, we were just there to learn on our first visit. Jarrett took as muc a Wrangler. I thought I wanted one, but since I had never even driven one before, we were just there to learn on our first visit. Jarrett took as much time as we needed enthusiastically showing us the Wrangler’s features and answering all the questions we had. Jarrett did not pressure us to buy on the spot, and when my husband and I decided a Wrangler was definitely right for us a few days later, we were happy to give our business to Jarrett. More

Jarrett in sales did a great job taking care of my special order 2021 RAM 1500 Limited! He provided me with weekly updates of where the truck was in the build process and helped greatly w/a great pric special order 2021 RAM 1500 Limited!
