Came in for a replacement battery, and a stuck key. In the past replacing a battery that had died fixed the stuck key problem. I requested aid in removal of the key from the ignition. The mechanic tork In the past replacing a battery that had died fixed the stuck key problem. I requested aid in removal of the key from the ignition. The mechanic torked the key to the point it came out but broke the ignition switch. Now key registers it is in the vehicle and I can't remote lock car or use fob features. I came back in and was charged over $200 to be told what I already knew. Not the best service I ever received period. More
