I have never done business with Sherman Chevrolet, but somehow they’ve ended up with my information and despite me repeatedly opting out and telling the to go away, they continue to market to me. I should somehow they’ve ended up with my information and despite me repeatedly opting out and telling the to go away, they continue to market to me. I shouldn’t even be in their CRM or DMS at all. They had to purchase my info from a broker and then pay someone to upload it into their systems. (A DMS, is kind of like a dealership’s data cloud & CRM is where the sales team goes to log all their activities(or a least pretends too)). Then they pay companies like “DealerRater” to solicit their customers for positive reviews. (Podium is way better btw) More

Everything was smooth and easy my truck didn’t come with a glow plug but they are getting me one as soon as I get up there. The best part is they do the tag and title on the not so that is one less worry fo a glow plug but they are getting me one as soon as I get up there.
