We were passed over to Jasmine by a sales person at Subaru because we couldn’t decide between an Outback and Prius Prime for our next car. Jasmine was excellent to work with! She was very knowledgeable about the models and trim levels she showed us and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire car buying process. We laughed and shared stories and had a great time working with her. She did not come off as a typical aggressive sales guy and that’s what we liked. She laid out the facts and always went the extra mile to find out info for us when she wasn’t sure about something. She helped us leave with the Prius Prime and if we ever needed another Toyota, we would definitely seek her out again! More

While waiting, my husband engaged Jasmine in a conversation to see if we could get me into a truck. I loved the RAV4 we bought almost eight months ago from Jason Anthony. After I loaded two bales of hay and six bags of feed into the RAV, my husband decided that I live a truck lifestyle. Jasmine kindly expedited the process with her management team to get me into a new Tacoma. Jasmine handled the process with outstanding professionalism. Jason Anthony was also a remarkable staff member to work with, and it's unfortunate we didn't get to see him. Nicholas Olivera was just as fantastic with his customer service. Nick Larson remembered us from the first sale with Jason, and it was a joy to go through the finance process with him again. I had never purchased a car new before and I didn't even come in to buy a car, I came for somebody else, but I ended up buying a car regardles works.
