My experience with the team at Waldorf Honda was exceptional. I was in a position where I had to purchase a vehicle due to my previous vehicle being totaled in a car crash. Not having a car payment exceptional. I was in a position where I had to purchase a vehicle due to my previous vehicle being totaled in a car crash. Not having a car payment for 8 years, I was not looking forward to the car buying process. But after speaking with Eddie and Jasmyn via an online query about a vehicle I knew they were going to do everything possible to make the process painless. They were in constant communication with me but not at all pushy, which is what I really appreciate. Once I finally arrived to the dealership I had the pleasure of being welcomed by Johnny. He took the time to ask me about what I wanted and even listened to me vent. Johnny made sure my dad and I were comfortable, hydrated and answered all our questions. James was assisting Johnny as it was a Sunday and light staffed but they never missed a beat and was attentive to all that was there. After finalizing my decision on what vehicle I wanted, Johnny explained every step of the process and made sure I understood what was happening. Once it came down to finalizing the paperwork I was assisted by Dylan who also explained everything in detail and made me and my dad laugh throughout the process. It honestly was a great experience for me after having to deal with the loss of loved one and a recent car crash… I really enjoyed speaking with everyone at the facility, I loved the atmosphere throughout.
