Had a great experience at Rick Case Honda I have never owned or driven a Honda before and came to Rick Case Honda and met Jason. He asked questions and actually listened. We went in and talked about price and Jason knew where we wanted to be on payments and we drove out in 2015 CR-V that we love and the payments that we need. Great car buying experience in under 2 1/4 hours I went through TrueCar.com to research the cost of purchasing a Honda Civic. I gave my information to TrueCar and within 5 minutes received a call fr I went through TrueCar.com to research the cost of purchasing a Honda Civic. I gave my information to TrueCar and within 5 minutes received a call from Rick Case and arranged to meet Jason Abecassis at the dealership. From the time I arrived to the time I left with the new Civic, it took a bit over 2 hours to meet Jason, find the requested car, test drive the car, accept the TrueCar savings certificate and finance the car with Jeff Herman. I was thoroughly impressed with Jason's and Jeff's personal attention and professional service. More

I'm so sorry, I was kind of tired that evening and I don't remember Jason in Finance last name so I checked off both Jason's up above and I don't see Doug Desloover's name up there . I remember everyone was very nice , pleasant and helpful to me. So much better than some of my other experiences. I purchased a Rick Case Hyundai for previosly for my son and I got to meet and tangle with the Finance Manager from "xxxx". I don't remember if I ever got to write that one up. At Rick Case Honda I had an overall good experience and I really liked the guys who helped us make our decision. More
