My purchase experience at Brandon Hyundai was totally fine. However, upon reviewing the paperwork, they overcharged me $600. They gave me a check as a refund for the overcharge of the $600. My problem h fine. However, upon reviewing the paperwork, they overcharged me $600. They gave me a check as a refund for the overcharge of the $600. My problem has been with the service since. I had my Kona N line in for his first oil change. They forgot to put the oil cap back on the top of the engine. Oil splattered everywhere on the inside of my engine compartment. As a customer of Brandon Hyundai part of the Brandon Hyundai difference is we are entitled to car washes. I haven’t been able to do that in well over a year because they’ve been under remodel with no accommodations made for that. Due to these issues, I have been having my Hyundai scheduled maintenance done at another dealership. More
