Everyone there and the entire experience was extremely u This place is horrible. Probably the worst experience I've ever had somewhere as a customer. Everyone there and the entire experience was extremely unprofessional, disorganized, unwelcoming, frustrating and rude. I got the truck I wanted and somehow regretted it every time I have had to deal with this place. The sales people where somewhat nice, I dealt with Majed who was nice, but very frustrating and not willing to help much at all. I also dealt with Denny when Majed was unavailable who was the only person I have dealt with with decent customer service. The finance manager, Mehman, had the some of the worst customer service I've seen in any field, he was extremely unwelcoming and every time I dealt with him was rude, clueless, and just wanted to rush me out the door so he could go home. Its been one inconvenience and miscommunication after the next and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Even as a last resort it is not worth it. Don't go here. Still having issues and dreading having to even call let alone go there. More

Miss Silva was engaging and informative, she exceeded my expectations. The managers were excellent as well!!!! Suck service. No client satisfaction. I did purchase my vehicle in October 2018 , that was on a Saturday, on following Monday night I picked up the vehicle and I noticed that was a lot of I did purchase my vehicle in October 2018 , that was on a Saturday, on following Monday night I picked up the vehicle and I noticed that was a lot of water in the entire carpet , I told the salesman and he said was a shampoo in carpet and leave the Heat on that will solve the problem. Was raining all week return the vehicle and was a leak found and dealer said was fixed. Being dealing with this problem all year round, came back with same issue and got told not warranty and it my problem not theirs. GOOD luck with that. More

Unacceptable and Unreliable This dealership did not keep its word from the very beginning. We were promised to receive our buyout from lease within 10 business days. It took 25 d This dealership did not keep its word from the very beginning. We were promised to receive our buyout from lease within 10 business days. It took 25 days! After 10 business days I left 3 voicemails over 2 days, received a voicemail on 3rd day stating the dealership “expected the title any minute.” After answering my 4th call the finance manager said the title hadn’t arrived that day. Two days later, after making numerous calls to the dealership, I found out my signed documents had just been faxed 2 days prior...on the 12th business dAy when the finance manager informed me it would arrive “any minute.” Finally I reached the general manager, GM, who apologized but then made excuses about his dealership’s computers not communicating with Toyota Financial Services’ computers, to which I replied, “Not My Problem!” This was a Thursday and I FINALLY got my purchased car 8 days later. More
