Boch Toyota Where to start? 1) Put down a cash deposit after I was told I could finance the rest only to be told by the finance department I’d only get a loan if Where to start? 1) Put down a cash deposit after I was told I could finance the rest only to be told by the finance department I’d only get a loan if I financed more. Disappointing but ok. They said I’d get my cash difference back that day. Then they said they’d give me a check that day. Then I was told they’d mail me check -for cash I had handed them 1 hour before. I spoke to the general manger (Jason) whose response was a rather arrogant “that’s what we do here.” Well, that’s not ok. I received an email a few hours later apologizing for the mixup and promising to “send a guy out Tuesday with the cash” (this was Labor Day Saturday) 2) Tuesday came and they called me 2x at work. I returned the calls-3x-and either spoke to someone at the dealership or left voicemail. At 5pm I get an email blaming me for not answering my phone and saying they can’t give me the cash that day. Great. 3) Wednesday: told the dealership I’d be home at 2:30 for the cash. At 2 I get a call that they are outside my house and asking where I am. I call back and explain I said 2:30. 4) Car needed to be oxidized and wasn’t ready until Friday. When I get there to pick it up, I learn they’ve put a new battery in and couldn’t do the inspection. I need to get the inspection done myself and they’ll “Venmo the cost.” Not ideal, but ok-a phone call before would have been great. When I’m ready to leave, they hand me 1-ONE-key. I ask where the other key is and I get a vague “that’s all that was turned in with the car” but the key guy will be in Tuesday and it will cost $100. Seriously? After a$10,000 sale, I never thought to ask if I’d be getting two keys. Come on guys. Cons: general manager’s reaction to the money thing; not getting my cash; the missing key; the fraternity-like attitude of staff (ladies be warned: the bro-culture is alive and well here) Pros: Gregg was great and the finance department seemed much more competent then the rest of the staff. More

He made my car shopping much easier than I thought it would be. My husband and I got to learn a little about him as he took my husband and I for a ride he also took the time and tried very hard to find a silver Highlander wish was my preference. Of course I settled with the black one instead since the silver was not available. he continued providing us with detail information about our new vehicle. His feedback worked wonders got me to settle even more with the vehicle and gain my trust. I can’t go without mentioning the whole personal there at Boch Toyota everyone was so friendly.
