I recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Mazda CX-5 from Liberty Mazda and I had such a great experience. The whole team was very helpful and accommodating. I found the car online so my first point of from Liberty Mazda and I had such a great experience. The whole team was very helpful and accommodating. I found the car online so my first point of contact was Adam, the digital sales coordinator. He was great to work with for scheduling a time that I could come in to see some cars and do a test drive. Once I arrived, I worked with Jordan, who put me in the car to take a test drive at my leisure to make sure the car was what I needed for my everyday driving, not just 4 right hand turns around the parking lot with a salesman sitting next to me. I also met with the GM, Jason, just to have a quick discussion about my needs and wants in a new (to me) car. I had to wait a bit to finalize everything because the previous owner's bank had not yet released the title on the car, but Jordan kept me in the loop for the week that I had to wait and was great to work with in figuring out a solution for an issue with the navigation system in the car. I returned after a week and met with Bill in the finance department to wrap up all the details regarding financing and he even worked some magic for me to be sure I drove away with the best price and best warranty coverage on my new car. It was a great experience overall and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free no pressure car buying experience. I have my dream car at a really reasonable monthly payment and I am absolutely thrilled. More
