After going to many dealerships where we were hounded and pressured to purchase cars that we didn't want or could not afford, walking into Mazda of Palm Beach was such a pleasant experience. We came in with pressured to purchase cars that we didn't want or could not afford, walking into Mazda of Palm Beach was such a pleasant experience. We came in with our previous Mazda CX-5 lease ready to turn in. My dream car, now that I have two children, was a CX-9. Tai Small, our sales representative, greeted us at the door with a smile and was so friendly to work with. She showed us my dream car that I knew would be out of my price range. She made us feel so comfortable and not once did we feel pressured. Then the sales director, Jason Brdar, came out to meet us in person. Other dealerships, the sales manager hides behind closed doors like the Great Wizard of Oz so it was refreshing to meet him in person. He offered us a price that was still out of price range for the CX-9. We then stated that we will need to look at CX-5’s as that is what we could afford. Jason came back with a price that we could not refuse for the CX-9. Today I get to leave not stressed out in a beauty CX-9. This was such a pleasant, non-stressful car buying experience. I highly recommend purchasing at Mazda of Palm Beach...their customer service is second to none! More

What a great place to be while shopping for a car. They made me feel so comfortable that I even forgot that I was buying a car. Everybody’s so nice there included the manager. I love my new Mazda and I had the best experience at this dealership. My salesman Mike and his manager Jason were awesome to deal with and make the shopping experience enjoyable.
