I went for an oil change. I specifically said DO NOT ROTATE the tires. The tires were about 2 weeks old and obviously did not need rotation. The tires were rotated despite I specifically said DO NOT ROTATE the tires. The tires were about 2 weeks old and obviously did not need rotation. The tires were rotated despite my request. Also, the tires were not correctly inflated. Now the tires in the back were at 33 psi (supposed to be 30) and the front tires were at 30 psi (supposed to be 33). He did credit the charge for the rotation, but we had to go elsewhere to adjust the pressure. Next time, we plan to write sticky notes all over the interior saying to not rotate the tires. But we do like the waiting area with the popcorn and tv. The hours are convenient for us also, since we have to come on a Saturday. More
