When I purchased my Tundra, part of the deal was a $1000 for a trade in vehicle unseen. ( Phil was GREAT! What I learned...get everything in WRITING. When I purchased my Tundra, part of the deal was a $1000 for a trade in vehicle unseen. (note the trade in vehicle was not on campus day of purchase). I asked for this in writing day of purchase, I was told to trust that Toyota is honest! Note, I repeated three times the price of the Tundra, interest rate and trade in value of $1000. Day of trade in I was told by a manager that they would give me $500, after disagreeing and push back I received $750. I should have videoed our conversation about $1000 unseen. I was bragging about my Toyota purchase prior to my trade in, NOW, my story has changed a bit, kind of sweet and sour, honesty? Once again, get all deals in writing or video the agreement. Phil was great and also Anthony as I spoke to him a few times during my visits at Toyota. More
