Got fair deal on vehical, but I feel taken advantage of This was my first time buying a vehicle. Because of this fact I brought my uncle with me to help consult me throughout the process. I made this clear This was my first time buying a vehicle. Because of this fact I brought my uncle with me to help consult me throughout the process. I made this clear to my sales rep. All was fine until it came time to sign the paperwork. I was outside cleaning out my old vehicle when my sales rep came out and hurried me into the financiers office. Without having time to talk with my uncle, I began signing paperwork, most of which I did not fully understand. I was coaxed into buying add-ons that in hindsight I did not want. In particular the powertrain warranty. After all was said and done I was driving home with my uncle when he asked if I bought the warranty. He said while I was outside, the sales rep ask him to convince me to buy the warranty, his response "no". At this moment is when the sales rep came out and hurried me into sign the papers. From my perspective the sales rep was purposely keeping me and my uncle separated so I would buy the warranty (an extra $1300+). I do not consider this good or honest business. More

I test drove it on a whim, and now I’m obsessed with it! Bruce Glantz quite literally sold me on the car! Bruce explained everything about the car and the safety features in perfect detail, which I very much needed due to an accident that I experienced recently, and he made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my whole shopping process. I never knew buying a brand new car could be so easy! I couldn’t be any happier with my new 2018 RAV4 XLE AWD, the price that I received, or the entire experience that I had because of Bruce! Thank you!!! More

I finally made the decision to purchase a new car from RAV4 to Camry and from LE to SE. The salesperson became agitated and had an unpleasant response to my questions. I decided to talk to the manager and he was replaced with another salesperson who is willing to answer all type of questions regarding RAV4 vs Camry. We purchased the car and paid cash, my daughter and myself were truly satisfied. Additionally, pls notify me in the future if this dealership is only for certain race only. It will not hurt my feeling whatever the response. Thank You More

Unprofessional and rude Very ignorant unprofessional group at your dealership. Would not recommend. First salesman Marc refused to try to negotiate a price and ran and got a Very ignorant unprofessional group at your dealership. Would not recommend. First salesman Marc refused to try to negotiate a price and ran and got a sales manager. He stated what are we going to do go back and forth here. I believe that is called negotiating and a salesman should understand that. I removed my self from the office until he was replaced. The purchase price was decided and Jason in finance came up with a wrong sales price, which was more, and also had to assisted by a manager to figure it out on his system. I thought I was on a hidden camera show it was so bad. I work as a registered nurse in a inner city hospital and if I acted as your staff did I certainly would not have a job. More
