No way to treat a customer Aside from a salesperson trying to close three deals simultaneously while leaving me sitting in his cubical, a sales manager who according to the sale Aside from a salesperson trying to close three deals simultaneously while leaving me sitting in his cubical, a sales manager who according to the sales person, "was sick of (me)" for inquiring about a price adjustment and suggested that they put the car on which I had already put a deposit "back on the lot so a normal person can buy it", and waiting for well-over an hour to sign final paperwork...everything was fine. This dealership was a mess 20 years ago and remains a mess still. The only reason I didn't give the sales manager the satisfaction of putting the car back on the lot was that the price was right and the car had low mileage. To know the low regard in which they hold their customers is very enlightening. A perfect example of why buying a car can be so unnecessarily unpleasant. Two exceptions were Dawn Markee and Jason Brown who were both professional in the interactions I had with them. More
