He is totally knowledgeable about ALL the autos, and was not pushy, just friendly, warm, funny and concerned about us as purchasers and as human beings. This past Monday, we purchased our 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid from him. He helped us with all phases of our concerns and was totally up on all points of the car.
