Bruce did his best to try to keep me calm and trying to make me smile. I did drive it home Bruce! Lol. Thanks to my husband Tim who supported me and calmed me down and helped me make the best decision for us. I wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else. Thanks Team Toyota for making this happen! More

Could be better They are nice but being nice is not enough to do car service. This is the third time I asked to rotate my car tires and they never did it. They are nice but being nice is not enough to do car service. This is the third time I asked to rotate my car tires and they never did it. More

He is totally knowledgeable about ALL the autos, and was not pushy, just friendly, warm, funny and concerned about us as purchasers and as human beings. This past Monday, we purchased our 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid from him. He helped us with all phases of our concerns and was totally up on all points of the car. We were not in the agency for a long time, as was conscious of our time and made the purchase very smooth. We actually went back to this dealership because of Mike. I would highly recommend to him and this agency to anyone. A real joy and pleasure!!! More
