Even though we sometimes think about going in a "different" direction just for a change, we never do, because we've never had a single complaint about their service department (Shannon and the Red team can seemingly do no wrong), and always feel that we've been treated fairly by Jason Brown, our salesperson. I received a call from him on Friday and on Saturday morning I drove away from a dealership in a new car. My wife was suppose to leave for the airport in the morning and didn't have time to stop by and sign paperwork to "release" our old lease in order to trade it in for a new one. Jason asked her to come in just for a few minutes, but she was really worried that she may miss the flight if she goes to the dealership, because usually it take forever for the buying process. To her surprise it took their finance person not more then 5 minutes to get everything in order and pass us the key! We were shocked by the professionalism of these guys! Thank you! More

Each time the experience has been pleasant and we left knowing we have a great vehicle at a great price. Being self employed time is very valuable to me during the normal business day. A few days ago I leased a 2014 Toyota Rav4 for my oldest son who also works full time. The sales team stayed open late to make sure we got everything down that night. Even though that meant they stayed to 10:30pm to accommodate us. Additionally the few times I've had my vehicle in for service (never had any issues just schedule maintenance) I had goo experiences as well. Never have the service team tried to upswell me to something I didn't need and the waiting area is roomy and comfortable with coffee, wifi, and a large screen tv. More
